Mit dem Set hatte ich direkt alles, was man am Anfang zum Visualisieren braucht. Ich habe zusätzlich noch etwas bikablo-Lektüre bestellt :)
Happy with the markers
I am very happy with the markers, and already used them at work. The delivery to The Netherlands was really fast! I am the most happy with the round tip and the brush tip. Didn't found out how to use the chisel tip when you are left handed. It seems they are designed for right handed people. I bought this set because I have the possibility to try out several pens and know what I want to buy more of next time.

To make the Neuland No.One marker with wedge nib also usable for left-handers, you can simply turn the tip. More information about turning and replacing tips can be found at Markerpedia.

Very good kit ! but one Pen needed replacement
I just received 1 week back my new Facilitation kit and there is a flaw in one of the markers.
Indeed the Big one Outliner's cap (body orange and big size black color ink) is far to hard to open.. and to close.
I'm having very hard time opening it and closing it.. I guess there were a manufacturing issue with the size of the cap.
In turn I don't have any issue with the Bigone 500 (yellow ink) although it is the same size and cap (but black body).
Could you please replace the Big one outliner because I can't see how I could use it in front of colleagues if I need 10 seconds and 2 hands to open it.

thank you for your feedback, a wrong marker should of course not be in this set. We will forward this to our customer service. The cap of the BigOne is always so tight on the marker, so that the cap does not come off during transport.
Here are instructions on what trick you can use to open the marker very easily.
