After years of wanting to move to refillable markers, at last. And the pens are excellent. I haven't tried refilling yet, so - given a comment I've just read above - I'll have to reserve comment on that until I've given it a go... But I do know people who've been using these for a while and they haven't reported any problem with refilling.
Problem with refill
The markers are OK as long as I don't refill them.
After refill, they leak a lot - they are completely unusable.
I guess the reason is that I am not doing the refill properly, but that's precisely the weakness of these markers: the refill is very complicated.
For example, how can I know whether the tank is full or not?
Why do the markers leak not when I refill them, but several days later?
Outstanding markers - I give them out to all of my students.
