The Neuland Outliner is the only Neuland marker with permanent ink, meaning that its drawn contours will not get blurred when coloured with 'water-based' markers. The 45ml refill bottle allows you to comfortably refill the outliner using the refill opening on the rear end of the marker. Be sure to follow the relevant refill instructions.
1 bottle with measurement and injection unit,
45ml, water-based permanent ink
After disappointing results with the cap snapping off in the earlier version, it seems it's been addressed properly. I hadn't seen the recommendation to rinse the nozzle with water after filling -- I'll be sure to do that.
I love that these markers are refillable -- and so do my clients.
Pipet is always blocked
I have used the refill inkt now several times and each time I encounter the same problem. I refill my markers and put the pipet on the bottle afterwards. However if I want to use the inkt again after some weeks, the pipet is always blocked and I can't used in anymore. I am now even using the pipets from other colors (that are still closed bottles). I have here on my desk more than 5 used pipets that don't work anymore. This is a huge problem. So could you solve this or send more spare pipets for one bottle or sell them in your shop. Thanks
thanks for your comment.
We recommend to "wash" the dosing unit of the outliner refill ink after using it with clear water.
The best way to do that is with an empty refill bottle filled with water. Please contact our sales team, to help you in this case.
Outliner Refill ink
I love all of your inks and markers, and use them almost everyday! No complaints . . . though I've got to agree with quirklar about the refill nozzles snapping off in the marker. Any chance we'll ever see a return of the smaller refill bottles? They're the right size for those of us who have to carry their inks in a one qt. bag.
I totally swear by this ink, phenomenal stuff, and I have every version of the corresponding marker and am very pleased. However! When refilling the markers, some of the refill tips/nozzles will snap off and that's an obvious bummer, but will happen I suppose. I think you guys should sell spare refill nozzles for this eventuality so your customers aren't left in a lurch! We'll buy them :)
