They are THE markers for strong, deep black outlines: Neuland Outliners are filled with odorless, water-based permanent ink and are ideal for visualizing and writing on paper. Thanks to our unique recipe your lines will be dry in seconds and you can go over them without having to worry about smearing or smudging – even when using light colors. And the ink won’t bleed through.

The Neuland No.One® Art Outliner combines the proven features of the Neuland No.One® with a dynamic brush nib. Create dramatic sweeps and vivid lines by changing the angle and the pressure you put on the marker. This nib is slightly more challenging but with a little bit of practice you’ll soon ginger up your lettering!

Just like all Neuland Markers this one can be easily refilled in no time. For Outliners use our RefillOne Outliner ink with the color code 010.

With one refill bottle of 45 ml you can refill your Neuland No.One® up to 22 times.

Important: Please make sure to thoroughly rinse the pipette with clear water after refilling your outliners. The needle and ball should then be free from ink.

Prima Stift, für das gewisse Etwas

Outliner sind generell ein Muss für jeden Visualisierer. Mit dem Outliner mit Pinselspitze eröffnen sich weitere Möglichkeiten, zum Beispiel ein toller Schriftzug. Die Verarbeitung ist topp. Preis und Leistung passen.

Wirklich hilfreich

Wenn die Pinselspitzen nicht so schnell abgenutzt würden, wären es glatte 10/10 Punkten. Zum Glück kann man diese ja ersetzen, denn das Gefühl auch auf grosser Papierbahn mit Leichtigkeit eine schöne Schreibschrift/Handlettering zu zaubern möchte ich nicht mehr missen.

I love these markers!

These are fantastic to work with. They easily glide along the paper, they enable you to create great lines and they do not have the toxic smell of other permanent markers. Fabulous on all surfaces and the color does not bleed through. I highly recommend these!

Markers & More

Can I write on paper with whiteboard makers? Can I use markers for paper on whiteboards?

Whiteboard markers bleed heavily through paper and quickly get empty. Possibly the tip also wears off quickly. Avoid writing on whiteboards with markers for paper. They possibly smear and are difficult to remove.

The Outliner is clogged. What can I do?

The outliner has a different ink composition that can cause clogging if residual ink remains in the needle or the bulb (rinse the needle with water after each use to prevent residual ink from remaining in it).

What’s the difference between the "normal black" and the Outliner?

The Outliner (color code: 010) has a special water based ink that doesn’t smear or blur when painted over with another marker. It’s particularly suitable for contours that remain clean and sharp when colored afterwards. Otherwise with the black lines of the "normal black" (color code: 100), they can quickly become blurry and dirty after subsequent coloring.

Is the BigOne also available as a WhiteboardMarker?

No. Many customers buy the empty marker and fill it with whiteboard ink (but we can’t guarantee).

What’s the shadow marker?

This means the color “grey“ (color code: 101). Mostly the Neuland BigOne® is ordered.
