The Neuland TwinOne® Outliner with its two nibs gives you the freedom of creating designs without the worry of smearing with other colors.

Of course, the TwinOne is also available in strong colors and as empty marker.

Important: Please make sure to thoroughly rinse the pipette with clear water after refilling your outliners. The needle and ball should then be free from ink.

Probieren lohnt sich

Ich habe zum ersten Mal den TwinOne ausprobiert und dachte, die Pinselspitze sei im Umgang schwer, weil ich diese Erfahrungen mit anderen Pinselstiften gemacht hatte.
Ganz im Gegenteil: ich bin super überrascht und dankbar, dass der Stift sich leicht bedienen lässt und das Ergebnis sehr schön ist. Für all diejenigen, die sich also noch nicht ran getraut haben: wagt es!

Einen Punktabzug gibt es von mir, weil ich die Keilspitze auf der anderen Seite etwas unhandlicher im Umgang finde, wenn man den ergonomischen Griff der Neuland-Serie gewohnt ist.

Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Produkt, wie ich finde :)

platzsparend im neuen Look

Ich arbeite mit beiden Spitzen sehr gerne und habe mit dem TwinOne jetzt ganz platzsparend beide dabei. Schade, finde ich das typische konische Design der Neuländer beim TwinOne fehlt ;-).

doppelt hält besser

Finde die doppelte Spitze ebenso gut, das erleichtert das Arbeiten und entrümpelt die Tasche - bin gespannt auf den Tintenverbrauch (wie angesprochen), aber ich finde die neue Version sehr gelungen!

großartig

ein Stift, der die zwei wichtigsten Marker vereint. Geniale Idee.
Ich habe den Eindruck, die Pinselspitze ist etwas feiner und fester, als bei den Pinselmarkern und leider quietscht sie ein bisschen.
Trotzdem: Ich bin glücklich!

Best of both? With room for some improvements

Love the new twin ones. They take up half the space of bringing both the chisel and the brush, plus I don't have to hunt for the correct one in my bag.

There are a few improvements I'd like to see:

- When flat on the table, it's hard to see what color each marker is, unless the on-the-barrel-color-indicator happens to be smiling at you. Easy to fix by doing a wrap-around color indicator, instead of an along-the-barrel-one.
- The caps come off easily sometimes. 2 markers arrived with their caps removed and in use the caps came off unexpectedly a few times.
- The Color indicators on the label and the caps doesn't match the actual color on paper. It's hard to see which markers are hard colors and which are a more pastel hue. (601, for example is far more Orange than the cap will let you believe, 801 more yellow than brown, 303 more pastel-blue than lavender, 300 is bright blue, but the cap is purple'ish).

Mein neuer Lieblingsstift

Diese Stifte gefallen mir noch besser als die klassischen Marker von Neuland. Sie sind einfacher nachzufüllen, liegen gut in der Hand und die neue Keilspitze gefällt mir deutlich besser, weil sie feiner und präziser ist.

Spitzen fransen etwas schneller aus, ansonsten zufrieden

Als ich die Marker gesehen habe, dachte ich mir, dass diese meine neuen Must-Haves sind. Ich liebe es generell die Stifte von Neuland zu nutzen und kann egal ob mit Keil- oder Pinselspitze super Plakate/Flipcharts bearbeiten. Dazu kommt, dass der TwinOne eine Zwischengröße darstellt, was ich insbesondere fürs Handlettern mit der Pinselspitze super finde.

Leider hat mich die Kombination aus beiden Spitzen aber auch ein kleines Bisschen enttäuscht:
So ist bei mir nach kurzer Benutzung mein Outliner stärker ausgefranst an der Keilspitzenseite als meine anderen 2-6mm Keilspitzenmarker, die ich nun schon über ein halbes Jahr in Benutzung habe. Allerdings sehe das jetzt nicht als ein so riesiges Problem, da man die Spitze einfach herausziehen kann und die zuvor innen liegende Spitze verwenden kann.
Ansonsten habe ich aber nichts zu beanstanden. Farbe und Griffkomfort sind für mich und meine Hand perfekt.

Ich würde mir noch wünschen, dass es für diese Stifte auch irgendwann mal Ersatzspitzen zum Nachkaufen gibt.

Markers & More

Can I write on paper with whiteboard makers? Can I use markers for paper on whiteboards?

Whiteboard markers bleed heavily through paper and quickly get empty. Possibly the tip also wears off quickly. Avoid writing on whiteboards with markers for paper. They possibly smear and are difficult to remove.

The Outliner is clogged. What can I do?

The outliner has a different ink composition that can cause clogging if residual ink remains in the needle or the bulb (rinse the needle with water after each use to prevent residual ink from remaining in it).

What’s the difference between the "normal black" and the Outliner?

The Outliner (color code: 010) has a special water based ink that doesn’t smear or blur when painted over with another marker. It’s particularly suitable for contours that remain clean and sharp when colored afterwards. Otherwise with the black lines of the "normal black" (color code: 100), they can quickly become blurry and dirty after subsequent coloring.

Is the BigOne also available as a WhiteboardMarker?

No. Many customers buy the empty marker and fill it with whiteboard ink (but we can’t guarantee).

What’s the shadow marker?

This means the color “grey“ (color code: 101). Mostly the Neuland BigOne® is ordered.
